I don't read well

"People who are tagged should write a blogpost of 6 weird things about them as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says 'you are tagged' in their comments and tell them to read your blog."

That's what the instruction booklet says (thanks Al... not). But fair is fair, I got tagged, so here goes. Six rocking things you never knew about me (and probably didn't want to anyway). Yes, that's right. I don't read instructions too well, and I follow them even worse. You're not going to get six weird things about me. You're going to get six awesomely cool facts about me that you'd never have guessed! ROCK ON!

Uno> Remember those old car windows that you had to manually wind down, way before electronic windows were invented? Well, I took one apart when I was uh... 8? years old. However, in my infinite wisdom, I couldn't fix it back. Dad had to suffer through a window that couldn't wind up. But I remember he took it very well and just laughed about it.

Two> The only reason I went for karate class when I was young was so that I could have a mushroom omelette breakfast after class. I mean, seriously, who wants to wake up at 8am on a Sunday?! And y'all know how I am totally NOT a morning person...

San> The first thought that crossed my mind when Ah Ma passed was, when will it be my turn? But seriously, it drove home how frail we are, and what short lives we live. 80 years? Even 100 years? That's a mere blink of an eye in the grand scheme of things.

Vier> There is a bar of soap sitting under a tree, about 10 meters from a crystal clear stream somewhere in Temburong, Brunei. I left it there (accidentally) when I was in Brunei for OCS (officer cadet school) jungle warfare training. The trip to Brunei was probably one of my best memories from the 2 1/2 years I spent in the armed forces.

Dasut> According to Decker, cofounder extraordinaire of the Authentic Man Program, I have a gift for reading people. I'm just beginning to explore this gift, and it seems to be a beautiful thing, meant to be shared with everyone.

VI> My favorite poisons go by the names mojito, cabernet sauvignon, riesling and chocolate. Yes, gluttony is one of the big time sins. Yes, I'm probably going to burn in hell. I'll see you there. ;)

Lastly, I'm supposed to tag 6 people. But being a strong advocate for empowering the masses, I'm going to leave it to you (yes YOU!) to tag yourself. If you've tagged yourself (thank you!), please leave a comment with a link to your post.
