Milk intolerance and other allergies

I think I'm milk intolerant. I've noticed that I get a mild case of diarrhea after taking products with milk eg ice cream, milk shakes, mocha etc. This is totally lame because I love all that stuff, and I've never had a problem with this until recently. On the positive side, I can still eat cheese (weird). Sigh.

I've also noticed that I get allergic reactions when I am around dogs or cats. I start itching and have a minor hives breakout. Crappy. Especially when you consider that I love dogs and cats, and grew up among a pack of pomeranians, one maltese, and one stray cat. Again, I've never had problems with animal allergies until recently. Double sigh.

You know you're getting older when the last two posts on your blog are health related issues (and not in the good sense)

This is a warning that your body isn't in top form! Go on a really healthy diet consisting of lots of fresh veg and fruits (incl.fresh juices) and very, very little meat if at all. A detoxification programme would do your body wonders too!
