TKD x 3

I'm doing my TKD 3-4 times a week now. My muscles are sore. My feet are aching. I love it.

Why am I torturing myself? Because I want to go competitive. I want to spar in the ring again. In fact, I'm seriously considering a warmup tournament on Nov 19. Keep you guys updated later...

TKD tournaments ? You may have the power, but I think you lack the speed and stamina. Anyway, good for you as long as you start with the lower graded tournaments

Yeah, I'm working a lot on speed and endurance now. Sparring 5 rounds during training now so I will be able to do 3 rounds in a tournament. Quite happy with my power as it is. And gotta start small but aim high...
