I'm in a weird violent mood today. I woke up this morning feeling a need, a deep-seated primal urge, to beat something up. I just want to tear into something wild and crazy, rip it apart with my hands, and feast in the gore. Well, not really. I just want to HIT something HARD many many times.
So I did just that. Before I left for work, I pounded the crap out of my punching bag for a few minutes before getting dressed for work. That's the good thing about punching bags - they don't hit back and they don't complain when you hit them.
Now, I'm at work, and I'm still feeling edgy. Punching bag, I'm coming home for ya!

i'll just settle for watching jet li smack the crap outta the bad guys...bought about 4 of his movies over the CNY...what can i say? absolutely REL-LAX-ING!
